Heidi has been a hair stylist for 9 years. Her motivation and devotion for hair and hairstyling started as a teenager. She was surrounded by sisters, cousins  and other relatives with manes of frizzy curly hair. So she started experimenting. Braiding & straightening evolved into highlighting, coloring and styling. By the time she finished high school she had a clientele. After a few years of college she decided to get her cosmotology license so she could learn to cut hair as well. Once finished, she found herself being trained by one of the most respected and well educated hairstylist in the Silicon Valley. He taught her using Vidal Sassoon as the foundation along with other techniques. Since becoming a licensed professional 9 years ago. She has taken every opportunity to continue education. She has a wide range of skills and techniques that she uses to give each client a personalized style. When you sit in her chair you and Heidi will have a very thourough consultation and she will pass along her knowledge to you. She is insistant on educating her clients about their hair and how they can style it at home. Her skills include cutting, coloring, highlights, ombre, corrective color, formal styling, retexturizing, perm, permanent straightening and relaxers such as Keratin Smoothing treatments and Japanese Straightening. For years these services have been her main passion. Corrective color is also a well developed skill that she have focused on throughout her career. When it comes to doing hair she is more than happy to accept any challenge. She commits herself to her clients needs and satisfaction. She loves working at M2 Studio because she's allowed to give time and focus to everyone of her clients.
